Rental Information
We don't have a fixed changeover day, so you can start and end your stay
on the day that suits you, subject to availability.
We require a 50% deposit on booking, with the balance due either on arrival, in
cash, or 1 week
before the start of your holiday if you wish to pay by Paypal or
bank transfer. Unfortunately we cannot take credit cards for payments made
on arrival, this must be in cash.
We also require a security deposit of £200
or €300, which will be returned to you at the end of your holiday, all being well.
We would ask that you do not arrive until 5.00pm to ensure that your studio is ready
for you. If this a problem for you then please contact us about it as there is not always a changeover on the same day so you may well be able to arrive earlier.
Departure time at the end of your stay is 11.00am.
Towels and linen are provided, but please bring your own towels for use on the beach.
